Terms and conditions

The rules for authorized access, content changes and connected agents in Lenslist AdminHub.

Service and provider

Lenslist AdminHub is an administration workspace for authorized staff and collaborators working with Lenslist and XR Bazaar content, catalogs, organizations and connected agents. These terms govern use of admin.backoffice.lenslist.co.

The service provider is Lenslist sp. z o.o., ul. Solec 81B/73A, 00-382 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000929279, NIP 5213944791. Contact [email protected] for service questions, complaints or support. Separate employment, contractor or service agreements continue to apply to your work.

Access and account security

Use AdminHub only with an account and permissions assigned to you. An invitation or successful sign-in does not grant access to every organization or function. An administrator may restrict or revoke access when your role changes, authorization ends or security requires it.

Keep authentication factors and recovery material private. Do not share accounts or bypass access restrictions. Use the security methods required for your account and promptly report suspected compromise. You need a supported web browser and a network connection; essential cookies are required for authenticated functions.

Content and administrative actions

Only access, upload, edit, export or publish information when you are authorized to do so. Check the intended records, destination and public visibility before saving or publishing. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality and the rights of creators and other people.

You retain the rights you or your organization hold in submitted content. You authorize the processing, storage and display needed to carry out the actions you request within your authority. These terms do not transfer ownership of creator work to you or grant permission to reuse third-party material.

Do not upload unlawful content or malware, obtain data outside your permissions, interfere with the service, or use administrative access for unrelated personal purposes. Public content remains subject to the rules of the connected service.

Agents and automated work

Grant a connected agent or bot only the access needed for its task. Review proposals and results when the workflow requires approval. Permission to read information is not permission to publish or change it, and an explanatory note is not an authorization.

You remain responsible for actions you authorize within your role. Stop or revoke agent access when it is no longer needed or when unexpected behavior occurs. External agents and identity providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the workspace, including to address security incidents or legal obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every operation will succeed. When an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the saved state before repeating it.

Administrative actions may be recorded for security and accountability. Suspension or account removal does not automatically delete published content, audit history or records that must be retained. The privacy policy explains how we handle this information.

Support, complaints and ending access

Contact [email protected] with a description of the problem, the affected account or page and the outcome you need. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or secret keys. We will review the request and contact you if further information is needed.

You can stop using AdminHub and ask your administrator to remove access. We may suspend access that is unauthorized or violates these terms. Any separate agreement and mandatory legal rights remain in effect. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. We will publish revised terms on this page and provide notice where required. Material changes to an existing agreement will follow applicable law and that agreement’s change process.
